Key Responsibilities
Manage probation and performance evaluations, approvals, documentation, and salary increment communications.
Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding; coordinate IT asset allocation and retrieval.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
Support payroll through attendance, leave, and WFH verification.
Manage daily HR operations, employee queries, reporting, and cross-department coordination.
Plan and execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
Support company social media activities, including EGC.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
