Key Responsibilities

• Manage probation and performance evaluations, approvals, documentation, and salary increment communications.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding; coordinate IT asset allocation and retrieval.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
• Support payroll through attendance, leave, and WFH verification.
• Manage daily HR operations, employee queries, reporting, and cross-department coordination.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
• Support company social media activities, including EGC.
