Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
2. Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
3. Oversee the development of job descriptions, offer letters, and employment contracts.
4. Ensure a positive candidate experience and seamless integration of new hires.

Performance Management

1. Implement and manage the performance review process, working with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
2. Address underperformance and provide coaching and guidance to managers on managing their teams effectively.
3. Identify and develop strategies to retain high-performing employees
