HR Generalist

Position Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support employees and managers across multiple business units and locations by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be part of a wider team focused on standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Administration

• Manage HR admin tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HRIS) and employee files.

HR Operations & Shared Services Support

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries.
