HR Generalist

What you'll be doing

1. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
2. Investigating and resolving employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner
3. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and morale
4. Providing guidance and support to managers in addressing employee-related issues and promoting positive employee relations
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations matters

7. Assisting with the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs
