HR Generalist

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management degree.
• Master's in Human Resource Management, Organization Development or Business Administration. (preferred but not required)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Experience in HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
