Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven and compliance-focused HR Generalist to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for benefits and statutory administration, labor law compliance, employee relations, HR records management, and workforce analytics.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and confident in handling government requirements and employee concerns in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits & Statutory Administration

• Administer employee benefits, including HMO enrollment, deletions, claims, and internal company benefits
• Manage government-mandated benefits and claims (SSS maternity and sickness, HDMF/SSS loans)
• Oversee statutory leave administration (Paternity Leave, Solo Parent Leave, Magna Carta, and other mandated leaves)

Labor Law Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
