We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our activity in Spain on a temporary basis covering a maternity leave, with an estimated duration of 8–9 months.
YOUR MISSION
Support the implementation, communication and application of HR policies, procedures and internal rules in line with Group guidelines and local legislation.
Act as a business partner for managers and employees, providing day‑to‑day HR advice on people‑related matters.
Manage and support the full recruitment process (relations with universities, recruitment agencies and head‑hunters), including onboarding and integration of new hires.
