HR Generalist (maternity leave cover)

Renvolt, a subsidiary of Voltalia Group, specializes in solar and storage with operations in 14 countries and a workforce of more than 400 employees.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our activity in Spain on a temporary basis covering a maternity leave, with an estimated duration of 8–9 months.

YOUR MISSION

• Support the implementation, communication and application of HR policies, procedures and internal rules in line with Group guidelines and local legislation.
• Act as a business partner for managers and employees, providing day‑to‑day HR advice on people‑related matters.
• Manage and support the full recruitment process (relations with universities, recruitment agencies and head‑hunters), including onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Coordinate payroll‑related activities, preparing and verifying HR data to be submitted to the external payroll provider.
