We're Hiring: HR Generalist / Onboarding Specialist
Are you passionate about creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees? We're looking for an HR Generalist / Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Medellín (Hybrid) and lead virtual onboarding while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end virtual onboarding for new hires
Conduct HR orientations and ensure employees receive key policies and benefits info
Serve as the first point of contact for new hires during their initial days
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support benefits enrollment, employee relations, and HR compliance
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and keep HR files organized
