This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on HR operations, ensuring HR practices align with business goals while maintaining compliance with Canadian employment legislation. As a trusted partner to leaders and employees, you will provide support in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and processing, HR administration, compliance, and performance management.
