About the role
We’re looking for an HR Generalist who will take full ownership of the people function at Nap Chief. This is not a backend HR role. You’ll be closely involved with employees, founders, and teams, shaping culture and employee experience every day.
What You’ll Do ️ Own end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, exits, documentation, and compliance
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit
Be the single point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
