Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
• Coordinate training and employee development programs
• Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
• Support employee engagement and company initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
