Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire orientations
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, leave management, and employee data maintenance
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and coordinate employee development activities
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain digital and physical employee files, prepare reports, and manage documentation like offer letters and warnings
