Working hours: 20 hrs / week

Summary

The HR Generalist provides day-to-day support to the Metronix business. He/she manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. He/she carries out tasks in the following functional areas: recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relation and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). He/she assures that labor regulation and all respective corporate policies are adhered to.
