HR Generalist

Job Description
Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing. Conduct thorough background investigation for all new hires to ensured quality and compliance.
Lead the investigation and processing of employee cases, including the formal issuance of Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision. Serve as direct point of contract for employee concerns.
Perform regular audit of 201 files to ensure all record are updated, and compliant.
Facilitate Employee Engagement initiatives, including the planning and execution of company events, seminar and training programs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a multi-faceted HR role is preferred.
Experience in the Retail or E-commerce industry is highly preferred, but not required.
