HR Generalist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multi-task HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job offers)
• Assist in performance evaluation implementation and monitoring
• Support employee relations and policy implementation
• Maintain employee records (201 files and HR database)
• Assist in training coordination and monitoring
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and tardiness records
• Prepare HR documents such as memos, contracts, and certifications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards
