What You’ll Do
🌱 Talent Acquisition
+ Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles
+ Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
+ Build and maintain candidate pipelines
+ Support smooth onboarding and welcoming experiences for new hires
💬 Employee Engagement & Relations
+ Be the go-to HR person employees feel comfortable talking to
+ Help plan and run engagement activities (online & onsite)
+ Handle employee questions, concerns, and basic conflict resolution <...
