About The Role

We’re looking for a people-first HR Generalist who’s passionate about building great employee experiences. If you enjoy recruiting cool talent, supporting employees, tracking performance, and helping shape a positive work culture—this role is for you. This role focuses on people, culture, and operations —not payroll or benefits.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Support smooth onboarding and welcoming experiences for new hires

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Be the go-to HR person employees feel comfortable talking to
• Help plan and run engagement activities (online & onsite)
• Handle employee questions, concerns, and basic conflict resolution
