HR Generalist (PH)

Overview

In the HR Generalist role, you’ll be a key member of our combined HR & Admin team, responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions across the entire employee lifecycle post-hire. You will be at the forefront of onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, disciplinary processes, and driving HR process improvements through systems, AI, and automation.

What you will do

• Onboarding & New Hire Integration: Own the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and integrated into our culture from day one.
