JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar comprehensive HR role. Given the Reliever and six-month term, employers usually seek candidates who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
• Significant experience working in the construction or a related heavy industry environment is highly desirable, as it ensures familiarity with the specific challenges of managing project-based and blue-collar workforces, site safety, and relevant labor practices.
