Role Summary The HR Generalist builds, protects, and scales Ahlion's team. This role ensures we hire high-quality talent, retain top performers, and maintain a healthy, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and train fulfillment, creative, and support staff
Create performance evaluation systems and KPIs
Handle contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance
Manage team morale, retention, and internal communication
Build SOPs for hiring, probation, and promotions
Compensation:
- 22,000 Basic Salary
- Monthly recurring commission per active client closed
