HR Generalist

Role Summary The HR Generalist builds, protects, and scales Ahlion's team. This role ensures we hire high-quality talent, retain top performers, and maintain a healthy, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train fulfillment, creative, and support staff

• Create performance evaluation systems and KPIs

• Handle contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance

• Manage team morale, retention, and internal communication

• Build SOPs for hiring, probation, and promotions

Compensation:

• 22,000 Basic Salary
• Monthly recurring commission per active client closed
