HR Generalist

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Experience: At least 6months of HR-related experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, or general HR functions.
• Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Understanding of payroll processes, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
• Proficient in HRIS or HR-related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple HR tasks.
