HR Generalist

We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual who wants to join our team, as we continue to provide great sound system and musical instruments to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any baccalaureate degree, preferably H.R. Management, B.S. in Psychology or related courses.
• Working experience in recruitment and H.R. administration
• Flexible, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate and team player
• With good moral character and pleasing personality

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring/posting/circulating/filing Job Vacancies.
• Receiving applications, paper screening and conducting initial interviews.
• Administering written examinations and evaluating results.
• Collecting & filing pre-employment requirement & conducting reference checks
• Coordinating all recruitment activities and doing other H.R. administrative jobs
