Requirements and skills

• Preferably BS Psychology Graduate or a Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Hands-on experience with payroll accounts
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
• Payroll preparation and checking accurate timekeeping /Attendance.
• Maintain accurate employee record in an organized manner
• Records and monitor employee's performance evaluation. Issuance and collates performance evaluation form
