· Implements overall recruitment strategy.
· Handles end to end recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening and conducting initial interview for viable candidates.
· Endorse successful candidates for final interview to requesting departments.
· Process approval of Job Offers aligned to the current salary structure
· Conducts on boarding orientation for newly hired employees
· Handles the Performance Evaluation process for regularization of employees and requesting of contracts and well as processing non-regularization
· Handles disciplinary actions to employees such as issuance of memo
· Processing of incident reports that includes issuance of Notice to Explain, facilitating of administrative hearing, Minutes of meeting, drafting of Notice of Decision.
· Processing of Employee Movement for transfers of department and areas.
· On time submission of recruitment and employee relation reports
