HR Generalist

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and company handbook
• Handle employee relations, concerns, and disciplinary processes
• Support performance management and appraisal cycles
• Assist in payroll coordination, timekeeping, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government requirements
• Coordinate training, engagement activities, and HR reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Fresh Graduate or has a 1 year experience as HR Generalist or similar role
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
