HR Generalist

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring HR policies align with organizational goals.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in an HR-related role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; manpower outsourcing and processes; contracts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• With excellent communication and work ethics; With good moral character and leadership style
• Willing to start ASAP
