Job Description
- Manage timekeeping processes to ensure accurate and reliable employee time records.
- Support the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviews, and selection.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and address issues as they arise.
- Implement and promote HR programs that foster a positive, productive, and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and manage quarterly and annual performance review cycles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Prepare HR-related memos and other documentation.
