POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our expanding retail operations. This role provides comprehensive HR support across multiple store locations, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted HR partner for both employees and management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role; retail or multi-site experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices.
