Job Summary
The HR Generalist (People Operations, Culture & Internal Communications) is responsible for managing core HR operations while actively shaping a positive, engaging, and well-connected remote workplace.
This role supports the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, HR systems, internal recruitment support, and employee check-ins—while also leading culture-building initiatives, internal communications, events, tech talks, and trainings that make the company an enjoyable and high-performing place to work.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in conducting trainings, ideally within a BPO or remote environment.
