HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment including job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, salary proposals, offer letters and on-boarding orientation.
• Promote Company as an employer of choice through various channels. Participate in job fairs, networking events and other recruitment activities.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Work with department heads to assess training needs and assist in creating annual training plans, coordinate training programs, and collaborate with training providers.
• Handle Employee Relations and Industrial Relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in QHR. Track HR key metrics and report on progress.
