HR Generalist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns and labor issues
• Handle employee grievances, complaints, and conflict resolution
• Conduct administrative investigations and fact-finding activities
• Assist management in disciplinary actions and due process procedures
• Coordinate with DOLE and other government agencies on labor-related matters
• Represent the company during labor inspections, hearings, and conciliation meetings
• Advise management on labor risk, employee discipline, and compliance matters
• Maintain accurate employee relations records and case documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR compliance
