- Manage and oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations and address any personnel issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
