HR Generalist

Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. TheHR Generalist is a critical member of our Human Resources team, responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions while providing strong leadership and guidance across the organization. This role combines hands‑on HR operations—such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations—with strategic initiatives that influence company culture and drive organizational success.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• With hands‑on experience in all HR functions, preferably in the construction industry, with understanding of employee and labor relations.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
