Robert Half is seeking experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Generalists to join our clients in the Salem area. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and provide comprehensive support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
