Job description

The HR Generalist works closely with both employees and senior management to foster a positive and supportive work culture, aligning HR practices with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment
• Employee relations
• Employee Benefits (Government Mandatories, Insurance and HMO)
• Timekeeping & Payroll Support
• Clerical, File management and other administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication skills
• Organized
• Willing to work in Sta Mesa, Manila
