HR Generalist

The (Site) HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs, acting as an administrative HR expert and trusted partner for employees.

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
• Execute local and global HR initiatives such as employee surveys, employer branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
• Coordinate external HR service providers
• Oversee and supervise onboarding, training and employee development processes
• Prepare reports and analyses
• Coordinate and conduct employee evaluation and bonus process
• Participate in audits and controls regarding managed areas
• Maintain close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable
