Hiring and Onboarding

• Prepare and/or update personnel files (active and inactive), either physical or electronic as applicable, in accordance with the personnel file policy.

• Process site access requests for employees to ensure timely entry.

• Deliver the company onboarding presentation, including general site information, during the hiring and induction process, in accordance with company policy.

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires with the corresponding departments (Quality, Safety, and Operations) in alignment with company policy.

• Maintain an inventory of lockers assigned to site personnel and assign lockers to new hires.
