***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***







Under supervision of the HR Supervisor, the HR Generalist duties involve a complex range of support activities inside the HR department. The HR Generalist is the POC for on-boarding of all LN employees and orientation for AN employee mobilizing to the Philippines. HR Generalist supports the HR Supervisor in policy support, host country labor laws, SMT and deployment activities. HR Generalist the primary liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. Will assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
