We are hiring an HR Generalist based in Manila to support Singapore HR operations within a Shared Services model. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR operations experience, including a minimum of 3 years hands‑on Singapore‑specific HR practice. You will be the subject‑matter expert (remotely) for Singapore employee HR queries, ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver efficient, employee‑centric HR services. Experience with ServiceNow (ticketing) and SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
