Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on HR policies
- Assist in performance management processes and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR role
