Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
- Assist in employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Monitor timekeeping and assistance in payroll
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
