Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates, manage job postings, and coordinate the new hire onboarding process.
- Employee Relations & Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, handle conflict resolution, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintain employee records in the HRIS, update the employee handbook, and ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., FMLA, EEO).
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, manage benefits enrollment, and handle benefits-related queries.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance review processes, assist managers with goal setting, and identify training needs. AIHR +7
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years in a broad HR role, often requiring a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business.
