Our client in Tete is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team for a job vacancy within the Maintenance Sector.

Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of HR advice and support for employees and managers.

Oversee the onboarding of new employees and training employees in the company’s procedures and policies.

Implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures.

Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts.

Assisting with the documentation on employee compensation and benefits.

Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.

Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
