HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
• Handle employee relations matters, including Notices to Explain (NTE), Incident Reports (IR), and related documentation
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain and update organization's records and other documentations
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science (preferred)
• Relevant work experience in Human Resources
• Background in Employee Relations (NTE, IR, and related processes)
• Knowledgeable in employee benefits administration
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willing to be trained and start ASAP
