Employee & Labor Relations

• Serve as a liaison between management and union representatives in all labor relations matters.
• Administer and monitor compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
• Document and track grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases in accordance with labor laws and CBA provisions.
• Prepare for and support union–management meetings, grievance hearings, and CBA negotiations.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives to maintain industrial peace and positive workplace relations.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure adherence to DOLE regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and internal HR policies.
• Draft, review, and implement disciplinary documents (NTEs, NODs, memos) with proper documentation.
