Under broad supervision, assists in the administration and implementation of the organization's labor relations programs, policies and procedures. Investigates unfair labor practices, facilitates and administers the collective bargaining process, mediates workplace conflicts, and prepares and coordinates disciplinary actions, grievances and arbitration. Provides management and employees with direction on employee legislation matters.
