Coordinate interview scheduling for interns
Support background checks, security clearance, and reference checks
Prepare offer letters and internship agreements
Onboarding Manage onboarding for new hires and interns, including data entry and documentation
Coordinate onboarding arrangements with managers (e.g. buddy assignment, work tools setup)
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Process employee and intern movements (transfers, leave, part-time arrangements, extensions, and exits)
Handle employment verification and reference checks
Manage staff declarations (e.g. conflict of interest, outside employment, annual declarations)
