HR Governance & Policy Leader: Performance, DOA & Compliance

AD Ports Group is looking for a Manager – HR Governance, Performance & Policy to design and govern HR performance frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, innovative policy management, and effective stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR governance, performance management, and exposure to complex organizations. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with relevant HR certifications, is required.
